THE LIFE OF PORRIDGE
Is an in-depth puppy raising experience where I share with you how to train and socialise this beautiful female Labrador called Porridge.
The idea was born from several years of working with clients to “fix” problems instead of being able to show them how to avoid or navigate them in the first place.
And the best part? I had so much fun doing it I with Porridge I decided to keep going! You can also find content on the next puppy I’m currently raising, Charcoal the Black Labrador, until he is one year old.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
The better question is, what won’t you learn! You’ll find everything from how I toilet train, build motivation for training, expose them to the outside world and more.
With so much conflicting information out there, I will help you navigate the world of puppy raising with easy to follow videos that highlight both the how and the why alongside written content that promises to not overwhelm with too much dog training technical jargon.
You can expect to learn how to live with your puppy, toilet and crate train and how to create a schedule that allows for all the things a growing puppy needs.
We’ll cover off building a fluid communication system and motivation so you have the solid foundations to create obedience that’s both powerful and reliable.
I then break down how to teach obedience ranging from sit, walk to heel and recall under all sorts of distractions.
We’ll discuss building play with your puppy in a way that keeps them coming back for more, handling drills and grooming tips. You’ll even find a video of how we made Porridge’s first time at the groomers a massive success! Nail trims will no longer be something your puppy sees as a big deal.
This truly is a real time puppy raising course like no other.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE COURSE
Easy to follow video content that has been both professionally filmed and taken from raw training training sessions with both puppies from the day they came to me up the age of 9 months. Charcoal is still with me for training which means new content will continue to be added each week!
The videos are accompanied with a write up and you will find additional literature to help such as an example “Puppy Day” and “What To Look For In A Breeder” checklist to help enhance your puppy raising experience.
A list of things to purchase for your puppy that I have personally used and places to purchase them ranging from leads, chews and toys..
